We cover Agua Dulce along Agua Dulce Canyon Road and Sierra Highway, through Escondido Canyon and the parcels around Vasquez Rocks. Give us the gate code or access details when you book and the technician will have them before setting off. We are often able to attend the same day and otherwise book you the next morning. Diagnosis and estimates are free, and we work 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
Agua Dulce is rural in the real sense: large parcels, private drives, gates, and a power supply that goes down more often and for longer than it does in town. That makes two things worth thinking about that most suburban homeowners never do. First, an opener with battery backup keeps working through an outage, which matters when your only vehicle is behind the door and the nearest anything is a drive away. Second, the manual release has to be reachable and known: on a lot of properties here the release cord has been shortened, tucked up out of the way or never explained to anyone in the household. We check both as a matter of course. On the mechanical side, these properties usually have more than one door, often a house garage plus a shop or barn with a taller opening, and unpaved drives put grit into everything.
We replace springs, cables, rollers, bearings, hinges and bent track, clean and re-lubricate grit-loaded runs, reset off-track doors, service taller shop and barn doors, and fit openers with battery backup and a safe, accessible manual release. Photo-eye safety sensors are fitted where they are missing. Because it is a long trip, we bring what is needed to finish in one visit wherever possible. Every job ends with a balance test and a reverse test. Licensed and insured, California license #1149841.
