Agua Dulce is rural in the real sense: large parcels, private drives, gates, and a power supply that goes down more often and for longer than it does in town. That makes two things worth thinking about that most suburban homeowners never do. First, an opener with battery backup keeps working through an outage, which matters when your only vehicle is behind the door and the nearest anything is a drive away. Photo-eye safety sensors are fitted where they are missing. We bring what is needed to finish in one visit wherever possible. Every job ends with a balance test and a reverse test.
