We cover Azusa from downtown and the streets off Azusa Avenue and Foothill to the tracts along Alosta and Sierra Madre, the newer Rosedale neighbourhoods on the north side, and the homes toward the mouth of San Gabriel Canyon. We are often able to attend the same day and otherwise book you the next morning. Diagnosis and estimates are free, and we work 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
Azusa has two clearly separate stocks of garage doors. The newer master-planned neighbourhoods on the north side went in over a relatively short window with the same builder-grade doors, springs and openers throughout, and those are now reaching the point where the first wave of spring failures comes through, house after house on the same streets. Older Azusa, down around downtown and the post-war tracts, is at the other end: original hardware, extension springs without containment cables, and openers with no photo-eye sensors. What both share is position. Azusa sits right at the mouth of San Gabriel Canyon, and the wind and grit that come down out of it after a storm work their way into tracks, rollers and bearings, which is why doors here often start running rough and noisy in the weeks after bad weather.
We replace springs, cables, rollers, bearings, hinges and bent track, clean and re-lubricate tracks that have taken in grit, reset off-track doors, repair and replace openers, and fit containment cables and photo-eye safety sensors where they are missing. Every visit ends with a balance test and a reverse test. Licensed and insured, California license #1149841.
New tract or old street, it comes down to one of these. Diagnosis is free and the common parts travel with us:
