We cover 91311 across the board: the tracts between Devonshire, Plummer and Nordhoff, the streets off De Soto, Mason and Topanga Canyon, the equestrian lots up toward Santa Susana Pass and Chatsworth Lake Manor, and the business parks in the south of the district. Same-day slots are usually available, and for a property that cannot be secured we will do our best to get there sooner. Diagnosis and estimates are free, and we work 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
Chatsworth has a wider range of doors than almost anywhere else we work. On the flat tracts it is standard two-car sectional doors from the 1960s and 1970s, most of them well past the cycle life of their original springs. Up on the equestrian and hillside lots the doors get bigger and stranger: extra-tall openings built for a horse trailer, boat or RV, detached barns and shops with side-hinged or rolling doors, and long unpaved driveways that put dust straight into the tracks and bearings. Height and weight are the issue there, because an oversized door needs its spring calculated for the real panel weight and a standard opener will not last on it. In the business parks along the southern streets we service sectional and rolling steel doors that open dozens of times a day and wear out on cycles, not on years.
We replace torsion and extension springs, cables, rollers, bearings and bent track, reset off-track doors, repair and replace openers including heavier-duty units for oversized doors, and fit working photo-eye safety sensors where they are missing. On dusty rural driveways we clean and re-lubricate the whole run rather than just the part that failed. Every visit ends with a balance test and a reverse test. House, barn or business unit, the fault is usually one of these. Diagnosis is free and the common parts are on the truck:
