Chatsworth has a wider range of doors than almost anywhere else we work. On the flat tracts it is standard two-car sectional doors from the 1960s and 1970s, most of them well past the cycle life of their original springs. Height and weight are the issue there, because an oversized door needs its spring calculated for the real panel weight and a standard opener will not last on it. We replace torsion and extension springs, cables, rollers, bearings and bent track, reset off-track doors, repair and replace openers including heavier-duty units for oversized doors, and fit working photo-eye safety sensors where they are missing.
