We cover Highland along Base Line and Highland Avenue, through the neighbourhoods off Palm, Boulder and Church Street, and out into East Highlands Ranch. Highland is at the outer edge of our service area, so we schedule these calls rather than promise same-day, most often for the next day, and we hold the window we give you. Diagnosis and estimates are free, and we work 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
When a technician is travelling a long way, the difference between a job finished on the first visit and one that needs a second is almost entirely what we know before we set off. Four things help enormously. Whether the door is a single or a double, because that decides the spring size range we load. How many springs are on the shaft above the door, one or two. Roughly how old the opener is and, if you can see it, the brand on the motor housing. And a photo or two, taken from inside with the light on, of the shaft above the door and the bottom corners. Send those when you book and we will arrive with the right parts. Highland's housing is largely 1980s onward with wide double doors on one torsion spring, so we know the likely answer, but it is worth checking rather than guessing.
We replace springs sized to the actual door, along with cables, rollers, bearings, hinges and bent track, reset off-track doors, renew heat-damaged seals, and repair or replace openers. Where a door is genuinely finished we will quote a replacement instead of patching it. Photo-eye safety sensors are fitted where they are missing. Every job ends with a balance test and a reverse test. Licensed and insured, California license #1149841.
Nearly every Highland call is one of these. Diagnosis is free and the common parts travel with us:
