We cover Littlerock and the surrounding parcels along Pearblossom Highway and Fort Tejon Road, out through the orchards and the streets either side of Avenue T and 82nd Street East. We are often able to attend the same day and otherwise book you the next morning. Diagnosis and estimates are free, and we work 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
Littlerock is orchard and small-parcel country, and a lot of the doors we are called to here are not on houses at all. They are on shops, equipment sheds and detached garages, sometimes decades old, sometimes automated long after they were built with an opener that was never really matched to them. The question we get asked most is whether an old door is worth repairing. Our answer depends on the panel, not the hardware: if the sections are sound and square, springs, cables, rollers and track are all replaceable and a repair is nearly always the better value. If the panels are split, rusted through at the bottom or twisted out of plane, no amount of new hardware will make it run properly and a replacement is the honest recommendation. We will tell you which one you have. Because the trip out here is long, we can also look at every door on the property in the same visit.
We replace springs, cables, rollers, bearings, hinges and bent track, clean and re-lubricate runs loaded with desert grit, reset off-track doors, repair or replace openers including heavier-duty units for shop doors, and install new doors where an old panel is genuinely finished. Photo-eye safety sensors are fitted where they are missing. Every job ends with a balance test and a reverse test. Licensed and insured, California license #1149841.
