Using a low-temperature lubricant, keeping a sound bottom seal, and not forcing a door that will not lift on a cold morning are what keep these systems alive out here.
We renew bottom seals and weatherstripping, clean and re-lubricate with products suited to the temperature range here, replace springs, cables, rollers, bearings, hinges and bent track, reset off-track doors, and repair or replace openers. Photo-eye safety sensors are fitted where they are missing. Every visit ends with a balance test and a reverse test. Licensed and insured.
