San Bernardino's housing stock is older, and the sun does most of the damage here. Most of this work is repair: springs sized to the door, cables and drums reset, tracks straightened, rollers and hinges replaced, weather seals renewed, and openers rebuilt or swapped when the gears are gone. When sun and age have taken panels past the point of rebuilding, we tell you that instead of dressing up a door that will fail again next summer.
