Valencia was built in planned phases rather than piecemeal, and that shapes the work in two ways. First, whole streets went up in the same year with the same door, the same spring and the same opener, so when one house calls about a broken spring, its neighbors are usually within a season or two of the same failure. Second, most of these neighborhoods are governed by an HOA with rules on how a door may look, which matters the moment a panel is damaged beyond repair. We can match an existing door style and color, or supply the paperwork and specification you need for architectural approval before anything is ordered. The doors themselves are mostly wide double or double-plus-single steel sectionals, which are heavy enough that one broken torsion spring leaves the door completely dead, and the long summer heat up here is hard on rollers, weatherseal and opener electronics.
We replace torsion and extension springs, cables, rollers, hinges and bent track, reset off-track doors, repair and replace openers, and fit working photo-eye sensors and auto-reverse where they are missing. Single damaged panels can often be replaced rather than the whole door, which is usually the quickest route through an HOA. Every visit ends with a balance test and a reverse test.
